There are two adapters that either 645 or 67 lenses to be used on all K-mount cameras. 
I
personally would not recommend it for standard 35mm practice due to extra weight and 
lower
resolution compared to 35mm lenses. For the digital, the resolution won't matter. Many
pros now requiring a digital output are using one of several digital backs for one of
several medium format cameras. These backs are currently 24x36mm format, so adding 
digital
by adding a body only (MZ-D) for 645 & 67 users to get this same capability may well 
make
sense.
