my limited experience is great color and contrast, terrible grain. i don't know which 35mm film recorder they used. i don't know what leeway they have on film choice either. you have to experiment, except i believe with a skilled operator, you can get very good results. i gave prints of all of my files with the expected color and they matched them well.
