It has the Pentax AF drive pin. It allows autofocus. I've used it in autofocus mode my FA* 600/f4, F* 300/f4.5, and PZ1p. Of course, you lose infinity focus, but that occurs with any extension tube. -- John Mustarde www.photolin.com
