I have missed this discussion, but I can assure you that there is no motor/solenoid/etc. in the A50/2, A35/2.8, A100/2.8, F50/1.7, FA 35-80/4-5.6 or FA80-320/4.5-5.6. If there was such a thing, these lenses would never work with an LX or something such. Cheers, Boz
