Well, it's Pentax's corporate decision, but it sounds like a step back in customer service. While living in Toronto, I really enjoyed being able to pop over to Pentax to get my camera or lenses serviced, and get them back the same week. As well, you could get the most obscure acccessories, and talk to knowledgeable people. I'm sure the Pentaxians in Vancouver will be very disappointed at this news.
