Any of those lenses will be okay. If I was shooting, I'd prefer
something like a 135, but the 50 will do. You should be able to stop
down a bit more than f2 if you pan at a relatively slow shutter speed.
What's more, the most interesting shot might well be a pan. Just match
the speed of the bike as you pan and gently squeeze the shutter. With a
50, you can pan at 1/30 second or even 1/15, if you're smooth.
