I started with Pentax FA 50mm macro and then added Pentax FA 100mm macro. My suggestion is you can start directly with 100mm macro and for most of the people 100mm may be enought for macro work. You may not need 200mm macro.
Coming brand I think Pentax or Sigma. No need to tell; Pentax is really good but may be expensive.
