The microscopy section is worth a look for anyone technically minded ... wonderful images in the galleries. There was a Nikon confocal microscope on eBay that went for $500 dollars yesterday. If it had been in Europe I'd have bid myself but it was on the other side of the Atlantic. I sold a single objective lens on eBay for $500 last week.
