Oh, this one's easy. There will be both silver and black versions. 
Marketing will be as follows:

1. Either the black version alone will be shipped to the U.S., with both 
versions available in Japan, or

2. The silver version alone will be shipped to the U.S., with both 
versions available in Japan.
