Hi Rob, I've not had any personal dealings with them (yet) but know two people who have purchased domestic electrical items and have been very satisfied with price and delivery. After-sales service is not such an issue with these domestic items as the manufacturers have well-established warranty schemes, but that may not apply equally to cameras. If I was buying an EOS 300D I would use Park Cameras of Burgess Hill. They are quoting £749.99. Hope this is useful, Tony
