Better yet, maybe Pentax Canada should know about the behaviour of these 
sales reps.  If they're pushing Canon, it's either because (as some have 
already stated), they're getting spiffs or larger commissions or bonuses to 
do so, or because they aren't well-versed in Pentax product.

Either way, Pentax Canada better remedy the situation pretty damned quick.

Folks on this list who don't live in Southern Ontario or Canada may not 
realize how big Henry's is.  They are likely Canada's largest photographic 
retailer.

I wonder how many sales Pentax has lost due to this situation?
