I can get it done locally here in Melbourne Australia. I can upload the images via the internet and get them delivered at a cost of AU$2.75 each (inc tax) (US$1.95) plus delivery - it's just as easy for me to pick them up. I haven't used the service yet, but I plan to as I have a presentation to do and would like to put some informational slides in with my Kodachromes.
