I would be concerned about warranty issues from this sort of sale.

I think the key words for a valid warranty are "original bill" (from a recognized seller). Any "unfilled international warranty" is a useless piece of paper if you don't have the original bill or it is not stamped by the original seller. A short personnal eBay seller's warranty is probably all you can hope on eBay.
