Not that easy, I'm in Richmond BC, and only moved from Worcestershire 1 1/2
years ago, and there is no way to get around the restrictions, You JUST
CAN'T walk in the country.  The lovely Malvern Hills and the surrounding
areas on the Herifordshire/Worcestershire border is sealed up tighter than a
ducks what-not. I have lived through two previous F&M scares, and it wasn't
fun.

It might be possible to drive to photogenic spots, but chances are they will
have road blocks.
