He was considered arty a few years back -- A dear
friend of mine once
gave me a present of a book of his - demonstrating
she had absolutely
no clue about my taste in photography  - I kept
the book for a long time
then finally "lost" it.

Scavullo made everyone he photographed look the
same, in a way, so that
the portraits became about him instead of his
subjects.
