I've just looked at some mentioned tests: http://forum.digitalfotonetz.de/viewtopic.php?t=5123.jpg and wow! This lens is much sharper at f4 and comparable in center + much sharper in corners than FA* 24/2 at f8! And it is still slightly better than Tokina 20-35/2.8 at 24mm/f4. Nice done Pentax! I think this DA 16-45 will become soon standard lens for many *istD users :-)
