I am not sure it's Japanese. Could be Chinese just as well.
Anyway it means something I have no English words for, but I will try to
explain it.
It is true that the second character means gas or air, but it can also mean
energy and a quality of the mind.
The first character literally means agility, but here it is referring to
something more than agility, the closest I can get is "enlightened-ness",
and it is referring to the mind.
So the characters together mean "enlightened agility of the mind" - very
bad translation, but is the best I can muster.
