Just happen I also have this hood, brand new unused bought in Japan 4 years ago. Still have the original soft pouch, but no box. Since I won't buy any MF lenses in the future, you can buy from me if you want to save a few bucks. I can send you some pictures of the hood and the pouch. Let me know if you are interested.
