I agree, note that I did trust the PZ-1P multi-zone metering and bracketed
0.7.
All my ~20 images in my opinion contain too much light in the sky, partly
because of the 
muggy weather reflecting the city lights.
Still, I didn't want to miss the opportunity 
A key learning is thus to do at least 1 series probably spot metering on a
more 
neutral zone, and/or bracketing as you suggest
