I've not seen the CS licensing scheme, but the "traditional" Photoshop license allows you to install a licensed copy on two machines as long as you don't use them simultaneously. In fact, if you have both machines hooked up on the same network, the application will check if another copy with the same serial number is already running on another machine on the network and if it is, it will not allow another copy to run.
