Fair point. I don't think the female gender would understand if you said
'what a nice fellow you are' - although a group of American girls will
readily call each other 'guys' (as in: 'hey you guys, let's go do some
cross-dressing...')

I would say something like, ' I say I say I say, what a terribly jolly
good old girl you are - fetch me a cuppa tea darlin'...
