You will have to check Boz's site.  I have catalogues with the Ref Converter II 
listed, but have never personally seen one.  I believe it has a mirror rather than 
prisms which is why the objects in the viewfinder are laterally reversed.

I know for sure that the M and A ref converters fit everything from the ME to the LX 
to PZ-1p... you say the *ist D too.  All of the earlier ref converters from the model 
II and earlier are said to fit the viewfinder on the K1000 (KM, KX, K2) and spotmatic 
era cameras.  I have never owned one of them, but this is what everyone has said.  

In the archives from about 5 years ago, somebody talked about custom modifying a 
magnifier by widening the viewfinder opening with a grinder.  I suppose you could do 
this on the older ref converters too... if I have the sizes right.
