I see no good reason that the digital cameras can't enter the race if having prints is the only excuse. A DC converter to 110 does amazing things like enable your printers to work off of your laptops...or maybe there is 110..never been there. At any rate hauling along a printer isn't so hard to do.
I finally read the entire thread about the contest and digital issues
you're facing at GFM. It does get sticky when you're talking about judging
images on a monitor instead of prints.
