Tanya; I bought a cheap Vivitar ring light that does ONLY TTL. I used it once on my D and it seemed ok.... I'll play with it tonight and send you some results so you can see for yourself. I don't believe it has a very high GN.

The nice thing about the 140 is the ability to use one or both tubes for better light control. More later!
