MAtt Graham has never been called Matthew anywhere i've ever been - but there is a "Matthew" who is a self-proclaimed poet , appears in both WOrd Freak and Word Wars and is a pain in the u know what... And Eric Chaikin was familiar with the entire scene before Stefan wrote Word Freak (Eric is IN WOrd Freak, too)... The reviewer's comment that Word Wars is "based on" Word Freak is a little unfair... sort of like someone doing a documentary about 4 basketball players that are on the wild side and famous and someone else doing a book. so there ! ;) annsan
