The discussion about burst mode in *ist D suddenly reminds me of one thing. I remember the film "Star Wars: attack of the clones" was shot simultaneously digitally and on film. Now that is 24 high-resolution frames per second for each cut, which will be several minutes long at least. Does anybody know of the technology used when shootng the film digitally? Well we know digital camcorders are everywhere and affordable, maybe a similar technology is used?
