Sorry it's taken so long to comment, but I love this photo! That backlighting is absolutely spectacular. Wonderful detail, comp is A1. I love the pattern of the sand in front of the shell, the mottled sand in the background, lovely bokeh.
Terrific shot! I'd have never noticed it to take it. That you did says something about the way you see the world when you have a camera with you.
