My wife's favorite 55 Chevy color is turquoise and white. I like the coral and white because it's not as common. You could only get it on a convertible. I can never quite capture the right tone for the coral. It's really not quite so orange as in my pics. Dinah Shore had a coral and white convertible. My car came from California, so I like to think that it may have been hers. Of course the odds are about 500 to 1 against that. But one can dream.

I may have shown a pic of it here, but it's coral and white. I put a
shot up on Photo Net. This was shot with the 6x7 and the 300/4 (just to
keep this OT :-)

Now I'm REALLY upset you didn't get to GFM!
I had a few boyfriends back then who drove one of
those -but the
main man had a turquoise and white hard top. :)

If I drive that many miles, it will be in my daily driver, which at
the
moment is a PT Cruiser. My 55 Chevy gets only about 1000 miles per
year. It's hard enough to keep it looking new at that rate. But I bet
it would be a nice place to shoot some cars. I always have a tough

finding decent locations.

Holy hemi, a 55 Chevy? Is that the one I have seen pictured before? was
it yellow? That's a nice car. Well if you can't bring the car, bring a
few anecdotes ;-)

Cheers, Cotty
