Yeah, it's that Hakka thing they do before taking pictures; it ruins
the element of surprise.

ps: for Merkins and other non-rugby types, the Hakka is the Maori
ritual war dance performed by the New Zealand rugby team (the
All-Blacks) before every match. It's very impressive and I've never
seen any other team do anything remotely comparable.
