Hi guys,
 
I know that I shouldn't do this due to Netiquette and all, but I received the following email from a new member who is having problems (again) with his PDML subscription. I tried to forward it to the "help" email address but it rejected, so I'll post it here in the hope that someone "who knows" will see it and give this poor guy some assistance:
