A couple of my favorites are "salubrious," which sounds bad (viz. "salacious") but means, roughly, "good for you."
Another is "meretricious," which, especially when said aloud, sounds like it means "having merit," but actually means "of or relating to prostitution." (See thread on wedding photography? ;-)
