Charley hit the Ft Meyers area in south-west florida, south of Tampa Bay. Cesar lives on the panhandle (north west) in Panama City well out of the path. Bonnie hit him earlier in the week but it was a minor hurricane and he is fine. Charley should be coming through here tonight. Probably just tropical storm strength....
