Strange, the local Pentax rep uses them and recommends them. However, note that 
I have nothing that uses CR-V3 batteries and make no recommendation one way or 
the other myself. (How's that for weaseling?)

Pentax.ch oficcially warns that theese rechargebles can harm a digital
camera. I wouldn't use them.
