Hi Bruce ... I've got mixed feelings about this one. I love what you are doing here, and I think it's great that you've taken a step or two apart from a more conventional interpretation. Kudos for that. Yet it somehow just doesn't quite come together for me. I've not fiddled with it at all, but an immediate reaction was that a tighter crop might be helpful, or perhaps the same washed out look with a little more color saturation, or maybe B&W. Might really be neat to see some more interpretations ... you're on to something here. Maybe it would have been better rendered with film ... this technique often relies on film grain to enhance its impact.
