That is, if you believe in the greenhouse effect, which I know that some here don't.
I just believe that the same haze that causes the greenhouse effect also reflects significant energy back into space.
Less solar energy reaches the surface as a result, which makes the greenhouse effect to be rather self regulating.
To make a bad example, a basic studio umbrella passes half the light that hits it, and reflects half.
