The RHS is a bit busy, perhaps? Too much jumble, and to my eye it distracts from the subject. I'd be tempted to try a much closer crop around the boy. If you'd thought of it at the time, you could have stepped out into the street and been hit by a car^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H got a different angle.
A nice candid though. :-)
