Today's Atlanta Journal-Constitution newspaper included a sales flyer from Wolf Camera. It includes an advertisement for the *ist D with Pentax 18-55 zoom for $999.99 (or $999.95). That's the best price I've seen so far from a reasonably reputable dealer.
