Sounds like it has a C-mount adapter on it - for movie cameras and some
other things.  It should come off with either a normal thread action or
bayonet if it is the K-mount.  Since the adapter is probably not really that
thick, you may have trouble with it if you try to grip it tightly since it
could have a tendency to go out of round, causing it to bind.  You might
want to try unthreading it like you would a stuck filter, but applying a
flat hand to the thread end and pressing the lens and adapter into your hand
as you try to turn the lens off.

I recently picked up a Rikenon 100mm f2.8 on eBay, thinking it was a 
K-Mount. It's actually a mount I've never seen before - the lens is quite 
flat, has no aperture diaphragm, and has a "snout" that must stick into the 
camera body. There are threads on the base of the snout,  they seem to be 
around 30mm in diameter.

What type of body would this lens fit?
