That's about the only difference I can recall, but I wouldn't exactly call myself an authority on the Pentax 6x7 system.
I have a 6x7 MLU and it's just fine. I've only had two problems with it: a mysterious light leak, and I'm also getting one side of the film underexposed at high shutter speeds (apparently a very common problem which is cheap to fix). I rarely use the 6x7 at fast shutter speeds so I have yet to get it looked at.
I am keeping my eye out for a used 67II... but I doubt that I could afford one right now :)
