My comments are on the M50/2.

I've had two examples of the M50/2 lens.  I used them for general picture 
taking, a lot of outdoors stuff. ( See Below )  I liked their small size and the 
always excellent SMC coatings.

Since both were obtained used ( One was very muchly "Abused" before I got it. 
), I can say that they displayed good build quality.  They handled well, but 
looked smallish, on the K1000's that I had at first.  A M50/2 made a fairly 
compact match with my ME Body, it was obviously designed that way.

My chief complaint ( No suprise ) was the lack of a low end.  They worked well 
as long as you had plenty of light.  My oldest boy and I used them on K1000's 
to shoot a Baloon festival.  The pictures were good, but there were several dusk 
shots that didn't work.  No noticeable aberrations.

Can't, I sold them when I first "discovered" eBay and replaced them with a 
M50/1.7 & M50/1.4.
