I expect the next generation of DSLR's will come with a catalog of digital images that the buyer can simply choose from & download to PS & manipulate to their heart's content, thereby skipping the nasty habit of having to go into the field & actually spend time & effort capturing images on their own (eliminates those nasty variables - weather, light, lens choice etc)!

The "fix it in Photoshop" serpent once again rears its ugly head. It's better to get your photos right at the time of exposure, not everyone uses Photoshop, and plenty of people don't scan negs, but, rather, make prints directly from them. Sheesh, Jens, your's is a short sighted perspective ;-)) Shel > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Jens Bladt" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > > Who needs a shift lens if you have Photoshop?
