If it's not in the Beta, it won't be in the release.

The term has creeped into common usage, but "beta" doesn't mean incomplete; it means "not fully tested". A beta-test is just a test of the software on the customer's computers. By this stage, features have been decided -- no new features are added to a product after it hits an "alpha-test" version (alpha-testing being the stage before beta-testing, obviously).

So, if you want *istDS support, ask Adobe. Repeatedy. But don't expect it in this release.

Just received this from Marc Pawlinger. He's one of the Adobe developers.
You'll find his name on the PS splash screen that appears when the program
starts.

Conspicuous by its absence is support for the istDS

Its a beta, pre release version. Let the Canon users work the bugs out for Adobe.
