if you shoot a digital camera, do you have the rear LCD set so that it
displays the freshly taken image right away - or do you keep it switched
off and review as and when - or never use it at all?

So I can see it right away (on). However, even so, I don't always look. I
often find myself not looking (not used to having it for instance, so it's not
a
habit yet. Or taking a bunch of pictures in a row, no time to stop and look).
When I am worried about the lighting or the framing (if I got it right -- ISO
setting, etc.) then I look. I found myself using it the most in the portrait
class I took about six - eight months ago, for instance.

I probably use it more for multiple review, batch review, come to think of
it. Review several shots at once, but it's on for instant review, if I want it.

But I rarely go oh, oh, oh -- rarely chimp -- simply because my photos aren't
that terrific.

LOL.

I'd do if they were. Better believe it. :-)

Doe aka Marnie Of course, a DSLR is different. A P&S probably invokes more
chimping.
