My scanner, a Minolta Scan Dual IV is just going on his way back to Minolta. Broke down after 2 weeks of small use.
They say it'll take 15 days.
I'm frustrated.
The people at their support seem very stressed and barely answer me at all, I wanted some answer to if it was possible to speed things up, and explained my situation, and all i got as an answer was, "it seems your scanner is broken, send it in."
