I think the b&w shots are far more effective (at least they're more
pleasing to me) than the colour photos.  The poor lighting and
resulting blown out highlights and shadows seem much more evident in
the colour shots than the black and white.

There's also a graininess that really adds character to the b&w photos.

Of the colour ones of the lead singer, the profiles work well, as the
shadows are less obtrusive from that angle.

All in all a good series, though.  I though from the SL that they'd be
shots of Eric Clapton, but the singer's quite pretty, so I'm glad they
weren't Clapton!  <vbg>
