Yes, but...... The USB 'standard' seems to be not so standard sometimes. I've had incopatibility issues several times. You can't hurt it, try it and if it works, cool. If it acts up, don't fight it, try another brand or model and you'll be fine. IF you daisy chain 2 units and the devices that were plugged into the original unit get wierd, you might be overloading the USB port power supply. Again, don't fight it, just try another one or unplug it and forget the idea.
