I see.
My refcoverter has the internal screw threads in the converter, not the
flange.
So, I must only bore new holes in the flange, then screw on the new flange.
I may be wrong, though. We'll see.

Unfortunately IIRC the screws do not line up from one to another, buying a
tap to cut new threads was quite expensive and quite a delicate operation. I
got the mating surfaces so good that when I glued them they stuck
instantly....... sh*t ever so slightly out :)
