The greyed-out description is, indeed, in the "Simple" view.

But clicking in the "Advanced" view wasn't working, either.

Further poking around, though, has identified the possible problem:
you have to click on the right part of that Title property line.
(That's right as opposed to left, *and* right as opposed to wrong)
If you don't have anything currently in the title field, there's
absolutely nothing to visually distinguish the text box (where
clicking works) from the caption (where clicking has no effect).

Just another wonderful part of the Windows User Interface experience.
