Regardless of the profiling the gamma varies from the top to the bottom of the screen on any current LCD/TFT, my 19" (Mitsubishi) and 15" (Dell) TFT are both fine in the middle but dodgy at the top and bottom. My 22" CRT however is great across the whole screen.
