Pentax SMC-FA 100-300mm f/4.5-5.6, EX+ condition.
This is the power zoom version of this lens, and it's quite sturdy. It doesn't extend when zooming, so it doesn't have that extended "flimsy" feel at the long end that many of the newer zooms do.
